SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Avery Harmon (SR/ Broadview, Illinois) shined in his final home game at the Student Activities Center on Wednesday night. The senior scored 34 points helping the Titans to a 105-83 victory over the visiting Governors State Jaguars.
Taylor Brooks (JR/Granger, Indiana) had a career-high 25 points to go along with 11 rebounds.
After battling back-and-forth with the Jaguars during the first 15 minutes of the half the Titans finished the first frame on a 14-4 run to take a 10-point advantage into the break. The Titans did not trail for the remainder of the contest.
IU South Bend dominated the paint scoring 48 of their 105, doubling up the Jaguars in paint scoring. The Titans trailed for just 5:15 in the win.
Alex Harmon (FR/Wabash, Indiana) continued his impressive play scoring 13 points on 6-of-7 shooting.
The Titans wrap up the regular season on Saturday as they travel to the University of St. Francis to battle the Fighting Saints.
