CHICAGO – Senior guard Avery Harmon was the lone representative on the 2016-17 Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) postseason award list as announced by the league office on Monday night after the conclusion of the CCAC Tournament. Harmon earned a spot on the honorable mention team.
The Broadview, Illinois native led the Titans all season in scoring with 17.9 points per game, which was good for eighth best in the CCAC. Harmon was atop many offensive categories for IU South Bend including field goals made (173), 3-point field goals mad (76), free throw percentage (84%), and assists (119).
Harmon left his mark in the program record book in his one season with the Titans ranking in the top 10 in three point field goals made in a season.
The Titans finished their season with a 13-17 overall mark and a 7-14 record in CCAC action.
