The Indiana University South Bend Women's Basketball Team finished 16-16 this season under third year head coach Steve Bruce. The Team excelled in the classroom as well with a 3.42 GPA.

Prior to coming to Indiana University South Bend Bruce was a assistant coach at Valparaiso University where he was also the director of the Women's Summer Basketball camps, which included: shooting, position play, elite skills, and day camp. Grounded in fundamentals from the legendary coach Don Meyer, Coach Bruce brings extensive experience in teaching fundamentals.
