(South Bend, IN)  The 2008-09 Women's Basketball Team received the NAIA Scholar Team Award.  The team had a cumulative grade point average of 3.42. 

Congratulations to Coach Steve Bruce and the Titans for their success in the classroom and on the court.  These women personify the term scholar-athlete.

For a team to be considered for the NAIA Scholar Team award, they must have a minimum 3.0 grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) as defined by the institution. The team grade point average must include all varsity athletes certified as eligible.
